Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective 23 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of coreezy.xyz and its pages (the "Site"), operated by Coreezy Vibes LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Coreezy", "we", "us").
Reading the Site. Anyone can browse the Site. By using it, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, and our Risk Disclosures explain the risks of the activities the Site describes.
Signed-in features. Some optional features need you to connect a wallet (section 4). To use them you'll be asked to agree to these Terms and the Sloth Race Rules, and the message you sign records that agreement.
The Sloth Race happens on the network. Every wallet delegating to the Coreezy validator takes part automatically. You don't need to use the Site, register, sign in or accept these Terms to be ranked in the race or to receive a prize. The race is governed by the Sloth Race Rules (section 6).
Eezy OS (eezy-os.com) is a separate product of Coreezy Vibes LLC with its own terms. These Terms don't cover it.
1. What the Site does
The Site lets you:
- read about the Coreezy validator on the TX network, with live figures read from public network data, and follow links to delegate through TXDex, a third-party service;
- set up auto-compounding through REStake, a third-party service run by ECO Stake, by authorising Coreezy's REStake bot from your own wallet;
- follow the Sloth Race, read its rules and standings, and use optional race features (section 6);
- see the $COREZ token, the Coreezy Vault and the Coreezy Treasury, including the Treasury's liquidity-pool positions, read from public network data;
- follow links to third-party markets where COREZ can be traded or liquidity provided (for example TXDex and Cruise Control). Coreezy does not execute, route or settle any trade, and doesn't run those pools;
- see the Coreezy NFT collections, with links to third-party marketplaces (for example Bidds and xrp.cafe);
- read the Coreezy white paper and roadmap;
- learn about Coreezy Partners and see the partner directory; and
- contact us at support@coreezy.xyz.
2. Information only, not advice
Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Figures read from public blockchain data are shown as read at the time stated, can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and may change. Make your own decisions and get independent advice where appropriate.
3. We don't hold your assets
The Site is non-custodial. It never holds, controls or moves your digital assets, and it never asks for your private keys or recovery phrase. Delegating, trading, authorising REStake and every other transaction happen in your own wallet and on the network or a third-party service. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you approve.
Blockchain transactions are final. Once a transaction is confirmed on a network, Coreezy can't reverse, cancel or refund it.
4. Signed-in features
- Some optional features (the Sloth Race features in section 6 and, for approved administrators only, private admin pages) let you connect a wallet by signing a short message in the Keplr wallet. The message names the Site, says it sends nothing and grants no permissions, and expires after a few minutes.
- Connecting a wallet is never needed to read the Site, to read the Sloth Race Rules or standings, or to be ranked in or win the Sloth Race.
- To use the Sloth Race features you'll be asked to agree to these Terms and the Sloth Race Rules. The message you sign includes that agreement and the version numbers of both documents, and we keep a record of it. That agreement covers your use of the Site; it is not a condition of taking part in the race or receiving a prize.
- A sign-in signature is not a transaction. It costs nothing and moves nothing. Only sign a sign-in message that names coreezy.xyz, and never sign a transaction you don't understand.
- After you sign in, a secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days for the Sloth Race features, or 12 hours for admin pages. You can sign out at any time.
- Signing in proves you control a wallet address. It doesn't verify who you are.
- We may suspend a wallet's use of the signed-in features if it breaks these Terms or the Sloth Race Rules, for example to manipulate the race or to post an abusive name. This doesn't affect a wallet's place in the race except as the Sloth Race Rules allow.
5. Staking, REStake and third-party services
- Delegation is made through TXDex or another wallet or service you choose, under that service's terms. Staking is governed by the TX network's rules, which can change by network upgrade.
- REStake is optional. It works through a permission (an "authz grant") you sign in your own wallet, letting Coreezy's REStake bot delegate your rewards to the Coreezy validator only. You can limit it and revoke it at any time in REStake. Runs can be delayed or missed, and Coreezy doesn't promise any number of runs or any result.
- Slashing. Coreezy may, at its sole discretion and case by case, use its own operator-controlled tokens to help delegators affected by a slashing incident. That is not insurance, not a guarantee and not a promise of reimbursement, and it creates no obligation or right to any payment. Not every incident or loss will be covered. See the Risk Disclosures.
- Providing liquidity is voluntary and happens entirely on third-party pools, under their terms and at your own risk (see the Risk Disclosures). The Sloth Race's Liquidity Explorer bonus only reads your positions from public network data; it never moves, holds or manages them.
- We don't control third-party services and aren't responsible for their availability, security, fees, results or terms.
6. Sloth Race
The Sloth Race is a community race for wallets delegating to the Coreezy validator. It is governed by the Sloth Race Rules, published on the Site. The Rules are public and can be read without connecting a wallet. On every race matter, including how to take part, scoring, classes, bonuses, eligibility, prizes, payment and disqualification, the Rules govern, not these Terms.
- Taking part. Every wallet delegating to the Coreezy validator takes part automatically. Inclusion, ranking and prizes come from public network data and the Rules, not from anything you do or accept on the Site. No registration, sign-in or acceptance of these Terms is required to be ranked or to receive a prize. No prize amount is promised.
- Optional features on the Site. If you connect a wallet, you can use My Sloth, name your sloth, check in daily, claim social boosts, link an X account and pick rivals. These Terms apply to your use of those features, including sections 9 and 10. Not using them never stops a wallet being ranked or winning.
- A season in progress. Changes to a season that has already started follow the Sloth Race Rules. We don't take away results a racer has earned, or change a season's prize allocation, except as the Rules allow (for example to correct an error or stop abuse).
- Public display and records. Wallets that qualify for prizes appear on the public leaderboard with their wallet addresses, sloth names or linked X handles, classes, distance, rankings and badges. Race results are kept permanently as the verifiable record of each season. See the Privacy Policy.
7. COREZ, the Vault, the white paper, NFTs and Partners
- Pages about $COREZ, the Coreezy Vault and Treasury, NFT benefits and Coreezy Partners describe Coreezy's programs and plans. They are not offers, and they are not promises of any payment, return, price, amount or timing. Where a program has its own published rules (such as the Sloth Race Rules), those rules govern that program.
- The white paper is a living document. It describes Coreezy's ecosystem, economics, objectives and current operations. It is versioned: each version carries its date and a revision history, and earlier versions are kept. Strategic plans and objectives in it can change. Only rules that Coreezy publishes as program rules are commitments for that program. Material changes to economics, participation requirements or holder benefits are published as a new version.
- $COREZ is a community token. It is not equity, debt or any ownership interest in Coreezy Vibes LLC and gives no corporate voting or profit rights.
- Planned Phase 2 distributions are a plan, not a commitment. Detailed rules will be published before any distribution begins, and Phase 2 may never begin.
- Partners are independent. A listing in the partner directory is not an endorsement of a partner, its tokens, products or statements.
8. Eligibility and sanctions
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to connect a wallet to the Site and use its signed-in features. You may not use the Site if you are, or act for, a person subject to sanctions, or you are located in a comprehensively sanctioned country or region, or where using it would be unlawful.
Who can win a Sloth Race prize is set by the Sloth Race Rules.
9. Content you submit
Where you submit content through the Site (a sloth name or profile choices, links to your posts, videos or articles, an X account link, or an email), you confirm you have the right to share it and that it isn't unlawful, offensive or misleading. You grant Coreezy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, store, display and adapt it (for format) on the Site and Coreezy's channels for the purpose you submitted it. We may decline, edit for format, hide or remove submitted content.
10. Acceptable use
Don't: disrupt or overload the Site; scrape it at harmful volume; probe for vulnerabilities without permission; get around access controls; impersonate anyone; manipulate the Sloth Race (see also the Rules) or any program; submit content you don't have rights to; or use the Site for anything unlawful, including fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion. Report security issues to support@coreezy.xyz.
11. Intellectual property
The Coreezy and Coreezy Vibes names, logos, mascot and brand artwork are owned by Coreezy Vibes LLC. The Canopy Collection artwork was created by the artist Eliyam The Third. Coreezy Vibes LLC holds the exclusive commercial rights to the final Canopy artwork, including the rights to mint, publish, modify, distribute and license it and to use it commercially. Artwork in other Coreezy NFT collections is subject to each collection's terms. Partner names and logos belong to their owners. Brand assets may be used only as set out in the Brand & Media Kit. Owning an NFT gives you the rights in that collection's terms, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless those terms say so.
12. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and relies on services we don't control, including TXDex, REStake, Cruise Control, Keplr, Bidds, xrp.cafe, the TX Explorer, X, YouTube, Telegram, public network data providers and Eezy OS. Their terms and privacy policies apply. A link is not an endorsement.
13. Availability and changes to the Site
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site or any program at any time, including where required by law. Changes to a Sloth Race season in progress follow the Sloth Race Rules (section 6). Live figures can be temporarily unavailable.
14. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your staking rewards, trades, prizes or other receipts, and for reporting them.
15. Disclaimers
The Site and all programs are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coreezy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, tokens, rewards, prizes, data or goodwill, arising from the Site, any program, any network or any third-party service. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Coreezy against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or content you submit.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a claim, please contact support@coreezy.xyz and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. If it isn't resolved, either of us may bring it in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Nothing here removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the place you live.
19. Notices and changes to these Terms
We give notices by posting them on the Site, or by email if you've given us your email address for that purpose. We may update these Terms. Each version carries its version number and effective date, and earlier versions are kept in the version history below. Where practical we give reasonable advance notice of material changes on the Site. When a change materially affects the signed-in features, you'll be asked to agree to the new version before using them again. Otherwise, continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept it.
20. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosures and any published program rules (including the Sloth Race Rules) are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. We aren't liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
