Sloth Race Rules
Version 1.0 · Effective 23 October 2026
These are the official rules of the Sloth Race, run by Coreezy Vibes LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Coreezy", "we", "us"). They are public: you can read them on coreezy.xyz/sloth-race/rules without connecting a wallet. If these rules and anything else on the Site disagree about the race, these rules win.
1. The short version
- If your wallet delegates TX to the Coreezy validator, your sloth is already in the race. There is nothing to sign up for.
- Every sloth in a class earns the same distance for each day it is delegating to Coreezy and awake, whatever the amount delegated. Teens travel a little slower than Adults, and Babies slower again, so the classes spread out along the map; you only race your own class.
- You can go faster with bonuses: restaking, a daily check-in, verified social posts and providing COREZ liquidity.
- At the end of the season, the sloth that has travelled farthest in each class (Baby, Teen, Adult) wins that class's prize.
- To be able to win, you need at least 100 TX delegated to Coreezy at the end of the season.
- Prizes come from an allocation of 1% of the Coreezy validator's commission. No prize amount is promised.
- You never need to register, sign in or accept anything on the website to be ranked or to receive a prize.
2. Who runs the race
The race is run by Coreezy Vibes LLC. Contact: support@coreezy.xyz.
3. Taking part is automatic
- Every wallet delegating to the Coreezy validator takes part. We read delegations from the TX network's public data. You don't need to register, sign in, connect a wallet or accept any terms to be included, ranked or paid.
- Connecting your wallet on the website is optional. It only unlocks extra website features (section 10). Some bonuses need those features, but you can win without them.
- Delegate only if you want to stake. Delegating exposes your tokens to staking risks (see our Risk Disclosures). Please don't change how you stake just to race.
- Coreezy's own wallets (the Treasury, the Vault, the validator account, operator wallets, the partner distribution wallet, the payout wallet, the Canopy Collection wallet and any other wallet Coreezy controls) are never ranked and can't win.
4. Seasons
- Season 3 runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 (all dates are UTC).
- Season 3 was switched on on the new website on 20 October 2026. Racers were credited once for verified activity from 1 to 19 October using Season 3's own rules (section 5):
- the same base distance for each day they were delegating and awake, with Sleep Mode (section 7) applied to those days;
- the +10% restake bonus only on days the public chain shows a restake through Coreezy (section 6);
- no check-in bonus for those days, because the original website's visits couldn't be verified the same way.
- The credit went to every wallet placed in a class when Season 3 was switched on (at least 100 TX delegated to Coreezy on 20 October 2026), except Coreezy's own wallets: 163 wallets, using the daily balances the original Coreezy website published.
- Every later season is a calendar quarter (Season 4 is January to March 2027, and so on).
- Each season starts fresh: distance, classes and check-ins go back to zero. Earlier seasons' results are kept permanently. Your sloth's name, rivals and linked X account carry over, and so does any social boost still running.
5. How distance works
- Each sloth travels a route from San José, Costa Rica to Tokyo. Distance is shown in kilometres.
- Every sloth earns the same base points for each day it is delegating to Coreezy and awake. The amount you delegate never changes your points. The day you first join earns nothing; you start from the next day.
- Points become distance at your class's speed: Adults travel the full distance, Teens 80% of it and Babies 60%. Because each class is ranked only against itself (section 9), class speed never changes who wins a class or any prize; it spreads the classes out along the map. The distance shown on the map, the racer pages and the standings is the same figure used to decide the winners.
- Bonuses add a percentage on top of that day's base distance (section 6). The most you can earn in a day is the base plus all bonuses.
- The kilometres per Adult-speed point are fixed for the whole season and are set so that the race stays open until the last day: only an Adult earning every bonus on every day could reach Tokyo on the last day. A sloth with Liquidity Explorer (section 6) may reach it earlier; distance stops at the finish, and ranking is still by distance.
- A race day runs from one daily snapshot of the network (shortly after 00:00 UTC) to the next. If no snapshot can be taken on a day, that day isn't scored for anyone.
- Distance is compared exactly, not as rounded on screen.
6. Bonuses
Restake bonus: +10%
You earn +10% on a day if either of these is true (you can't earn it twice):
- REStake: your wallet's permission for Coreezy's REStake bot was in place for the whole day, from start to end, without being revoked or changed. The permission must not have expired, must allow delegating to Coreezy, and must not be capped below 10 TX. Restaking through another validator's REStake bot does not count.
- Manual restake: that day, your wallet itself delegated back to Coreezy at least 90% of the Coreezy staking rewards paid out to it that day (when you claim them, or when they are paid out automatically because you changed your delegation).
There is no restake bonus on a day you took your rewards out without putting at least 90% back.
Daily check-in: +2%
Your check-in is recorded automatically when you open My Sloth while signed in with your wallet (section 10): once per wallet per UTC calendar day, whatever device you use, with no button to press and nothing extra to sign. If your sign-in has expired, sign in again first. A check-in is free and is not a transaction.
Social boosts: up to +37% in total
Social boosts stack, up to +37% at any one time: one of each of the four below.
| Boost | Bonus | Lasts | What we check |
|---|---|---|---|
| X post | +5% | 7 days | An original post from your linked X account that mentions @CoreezyVibes, made after you linked the account and within the last 7 days, with at least 20 characters of your own words |
| YouTube video | +10% | 14 days | A public video about Coreezy from the last 30 days (not a live or upcoming stream), at least 100 views, with your Sloth code and a link to coreezy.xyz in the description, and Coreezy in the title or description |
| TikTok video | +7% | 7 days | A public video about Coreezy from the last 30 days, at least 100 views, with your Sloth code and coreezy.xyz in the caption |
| Article or blog | +15% | 30 days | At least 500 words about Coreezy, with your Sloth code and a link to coreezy.xyz in the article itself |
- One boost per platform per calendar month (UTC), for each wallet and for each X account, channel, TikTok account or website. Each post, video or article counts once, for one wallet, and the same article text can't be used twice.
- A boost counts on each day it is running at the end of that UTC day.
- Running boosts are re-checked daily. If a post, video or article is deleted or made private, or the Sloth code is removed (or an article no longer meets the requirements), the boost stops from then. If we can't reach the site, nothing changes.
- X posts and articles are checked automatically. YouTube and TikTok videos are checked by hand by Coreezy for now, usually within a day or two: submit the link on My Sloth. The boost starts when it's approved, and if it isn't approved you'll see why on My Sloth.
Liquidity Explorer: +3%
An ecosystem bonus for providing liquidity to COREZ. It is separate from the social boosts and doesn't count towards their limit.
- What qualifies: liquidity-pool (LP) positions in the TXDex COREZ/TX pool or the Cruise Control COREZ/TX pool, held in your own racing wallet, that together represent at least 1,000 COREZ. We count the COREZ your LP tokens represent today (your share of the pool's COREZ), not the number of LP tokens and not what you originally deposited. Positions in both pools are added together.
- The bonus is fixed at +3%. Providing more liquidity, using both pools or depositing more than once never adds more. One Liquidity Explorer bonus per wallet.
- Checked automatically from the TX network's public data, about once an hour. There is nothing to submit, and no minimum holding period: the bonus starts after a check finds you qualify.
- It lasts while you keep qualifying. If your positions fall below 1,000 COREZ (for example because you withdraw, or because the pool's balance shifts), the bonus stops from that check. Distance already earned is kept, and the bonus starts again when you qualify again.
- If we can't read the network, nothing changes until we can.
- Like the other bonuses, it counts on each day it is running at the end of that UTC day.
- The first time you qualify you earn the Liquidity Explorer badge, which you keep even after you stop providing liquidity. The badge has no other benefit.
- It starts on the date we announce on this page during Season 3 and applies only from then: no earlier day is recalculated.
- Providing liquidity carries real risks, including impermanent loss, and the bonus doesn't make up for any loss or guarantee a prize. Read the Risk Disclosures first, and don't provide liquidity just to race.
7. Sleep Mode
- Your sloth has a reference delegation: what you had delegated to Coreezy when your class was set.
- If your delegation to Coreezy falls more than 20% below your reference, or you stop delegating to Coreezy, your sloth falls asleep for 3 days and earns no distance while asleep. A further fall of more than 20% while asleep starts the 3 days again.
- After a Sleep Mode, your new, lower delegation becomes your reference.
- Adding more stake never raises your reference, so it can never cause a later Sleep Mode.
- A network penalty on the validator (slashing) lowers everyone's delegation by the same share and doesn't put anyone to sleep.
- A wallet that isn't delegating to Coreezy earns no distance until it delegates again.
8. Classes
- There are three classes: Baby, Teen and Adult.
- At the season's class-setting snapshot (for Season 3: the first daily snapshot on the website, on 20 October 2026), wallets with at least 100 TX delegated to Coreezy are sorted by the amount delegated and split into thirds, with round-number cut-offs. Coreezy's own wallets are left out.
- Your class is fixed for the whole season. Adding or removing stake later doesn't move you.
- Later joiners, and wallets that start under 100 TX, are placed by the same cut-offs. Their class is fixed when they first reach 100 TX, by the amount delegated then.
- Delegation size decides only your class and whether you can win a prize. Your class sets your speed on the map (section 5), but you only race the others in your class, where delegation size never changes your distance.
9. Winning and prizes
Who can win
A wallet can win a prize if, at the end of the season, it:
- has at least 100 TX delegated to Coreezy;
- has a fixed class; and
- is not a Coreezy-controlled wallet.
The public standings show only wallets that can win. Other wallets still race and can see their own progress in My Sloth.
The winner of each class
- The sloth that has travelled farthest in its class wins.
- If two or more are level on distance, the winner is the one with:
- more restake days; then
- more check-in days; then
- who reached that distance first.
- If they are still level after all of that, they share the class prize equally.
The prize pool
- The pool is funded by an allocation of 1% of the Coreezy validator's commission, credited to the season after each verified commission claim, as recorded by Eezy OS.
- It is split 60% Adult, 30% Teen, 10% Baby.
- Prize amounts are not guaranteed. They depend on commission actually earned and claimed. No minimum prize is promised. The amount is shown on the Site only once verified.
- If a class has no eligible wallet, its share carries forward to a future season.
- Coreezy may add tokens to a pool at its own discretion. Doing so once doesn't mean it will again.
Paying prizes
- Prizes are paid manually, to the winning wallet address. There is nothing to claim. We will ask a winner for information only where the law requires it before paying, and we never ask a winner to sign in or accept terms.
- We pay prizes after the season ends and the results are checked. We aim to pay within 90 days, but we don't guarantee a date.
- Prizes are paid in the token or tokens that make up the pool, mostly TX. Token values can go up or down before and after payment.
- If the law prohibits paying a prize to a winning wallet, the winner keeps their result and we hold that prize until the restriction is resolved. We don't pass it to anyone else.
- You are responsible for any taxes on a prize where you live.
10. Optional website features
Connecting a wallet on the website (by signing a message in Keplr) is optional. It is free, it is not a transaction and it grants no permissions. It lets you:
- see My Sloth (your distance, class position and route);
- name your sloth (3 to 20 characters, unique), or choose to be shown by your linked X handle;
- get your daily check-in (+2%), recorded automatically each day you open My Sloth;
- connect an X account and claim social boosts;
- get help writing a post with Sloth AI; and
- pick up to five rivals to follow.
Connecting X. We give you a short message about your sloth to post from your X account. Once it's up, we find it and link that account to your wallet, with your consent; if we can't find it automatically, you can paste the link to the post instead. The message is valid for 24 hours. A linked X account is not shown publicly unless you choose to show it as your sloth's name.
Sloth AI. Sloth AI suggests a post about Coreezy that you can edit before posting it yourself on X. Nothing is posted for you. Creating or posting a draft adds no distance by itself; a post earns the X boost only if it meets the requirements in section 6.
To use these features you agree to our Terms of Service and these Rules. Your wallet signs that agreement, and we record which versions you agreed to. If either changes, you'll be asked to agree again. That agreement is never a condition of being ranked or receiving a prize.
We may remove a sloth name, or stop showing a linked X handle as a name, if it is offensive, misleading or impersonates someone. That changes nothing else about the sloth. A removed name can't be used again by anyone for 90 days.
11. Partner Weeks
- A Coreezy Partner may sponsor an optional extra prize during a week of the season.
- A Partner Week never requires a purchase, swap or staking with the partner.
- It never adds distance and never changes anyone's race result.
- Who funds and pays a Partner Week prize, and how it's won, is stated with that Partner Week. Coreezy doesn't guarantee a partner's prize.
12. Fair play and disqualification
Disqualification is rare. We disqualify a wallet only for one of these:
- proven, deliberate manipulation of the race scores or of how posts, videos or articles are verified (for example bots, scripts, or fake, copied or bought posts or views);
- material abuse of a technical flaw to gain an unfair advantage;
- the wallet doesn't meet the published eligibility requirements (section 9), including being a Coreezy-controlled wallet.
An invalid bonus or a scoring error is corrected, not punished. We remove the affected distance and the wallet stays in the race.
We never disqualify a wallet for having more than one wallet, reducing its delegation, not signing in on the website, or not taking part in optional social activities. Normal scoring, Sleep Mode and the eligibility requirements still apply.
Where practical, before disqualifying a wallet we tell the racer what we found (on the Site, or by email if they've given us one) and give them a chance to explain or dispute it.
If a winner is disqualified, the prize passes to the next eligible racer in the same class, using the tie-breaks in section 9.
A legal restriction on paying a prize is not a disqualification. The winner keeps their result, and we hold that prize until the restriction is resolved; we don't pass it to another racer (section 9).
A prize already paid is recovered only for proven cheating or an actual payment error, and only as far as the law and practical limits allow.
13. Where the results come from
- Delegations, REStake permissions and restake transactions are public TX network data that anyone can check, and so are the liquidity-pool positions used for Liquidity Explorer. Check-ins (recorded when a signed-in wallet opens My Sloth), social boosts (public posts, videos and articles) and the 1–19 October credit come from our own records.
- Results can be delayed or briefly wrong if a network data provider or a third-party site fails. We correct scoring errors we find.
14. What is shown publicly, and what is kept
Every delegating wallet takes part, but only wallets that qualify for prizes (section 9) are listed. For those wallets, the race pages show wallet addresses, a name (the one the racer chose, which can be their linked X handle only if they chose it, or else their wallet's verified domain name), classes, distance and each day's progress, rankings, Sleep Mode, restake and check-in counts, bonuses and badges (including OG NFT badges). Winners are published. A qualifying wallet can't be hidden from the standings.
Race results are kept permanently as the verifiable record of each season. You can remove your sloth name or unlink X at any time, or ask us to remove links you submitted; that never changes any result. See our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes and decisions
- We may correct errors and act to stop abuse at any time (section 12).
- The rules stay fixed while a season runs. We may change them for future seasons, and we publish any change here first. The one exception set out in these rules is Liquidity Explorer (section 6), which starts during Season 3 on the date we announce here and only adds a bonus from then.
- During a season we won't reduce standings already earned or change prize allocations already made, except where needed to correct an error, deal with deliberate abuse or comply with the law. A boost keeps the bonus that applied when it was approved.
- We may end or suspend the race where the law requires it.
- Our decisions on scoring, eligibility and prizes are made in good faith under these rules and generally stand. If you think we made a factual mistake, a calculation error or applied a rule wrongly, write to support@coreezy.xyz and we'll review it and correct it where needed.
16. Slashing
Coreezy may, at its sole discretion and case by case, use its own operator-controlled tokens to help delegators affected by a slashing incident. That is not insurance, not a guarantee and not a promise of reimbursement, and it creates no obligation or right to any payment. Not every incident or loss will be covered. See the Risk Disclosures.
17. Not advice
Nothing about the race is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to delegate, buy or hold any token.
