Risk Disclosures
Version 1.0 · Effective 23 October 2026
Using blockchain networks and digital assets involves real risk, including losing everything you put in. Please read this page before staking with Coreezy, using REStake, trading or holding $COREZ, holding a Coreezy NFT, or joining any Coreezy program. Nothing on the Site is investment, legal or tax advice. No returns, prices, prizes or reimbursements are guaranteed.
This page doesn't list every risk. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Staking with the Coreezy validator
- Slashing. The TX network can penalise a validator, and the stake delegated to it, for double-signing or long downtime. A penalty permanently reduces delegated TX.
- Help after slashing is discretionary, not insurance. If a slashing incident ever reduces delegated stake, Coreezy may use its own operator-controlled tokens to help affected delegators, decided case by case. It isn't insurance, it isn't guaranteed, it gives no one a right to payment, and not every incident or loss will be covered. Those tokens are themselves digital assets whose value can fall. As of 23 October 2026, the Coreezy validator has never been slashed; a past record doesn't predict the future.
- Unstaking takes time. Unstaking takes 7 days on the TX network (the Site shows the current period). During that time your TX earns no rewards and can't be moved, and its value can fall.
- Rewards vary and can stop. Staking rewards depend on the network and can change or end. The value of TX can fall as well as rise.
- Commission and network rules. Coreezy's commission is 5%. That is both its on-chain maximum and the TX network's current minimum (as of 23 October 2026), so it can't change unless a network upgrade changes the rules. Network upgrades can change staking rules for every validator, as past upgrades have.
- Operational risk. Outages, missed blocks, software faults, key compromise and infrastructure or hosting failures can happen despite monitoring and incident-response procedures.
- Delegating through a third party. Delegation links go to TXDex, which Coreezy doesn't operate.
2. REStake auto-compounding
- REStake is an optional third-party service run by ECO Stake. It relies on a permission (an "authz grant") you sign that lets Coreezy's bot delegate your rewards to Coreezy only.
- Runs can be delayed or missed; the bot, REStake or the network can stop working; wallet support varies. If it stops, rewards stay unclaimed until you claim them.
- Auto-compounding keeps more of your TX with one validator, so it increases your exposure to that validator's slashing and to TX price moves.
- A permission stays in force until it expires (one year by default) or you revoke it. Check what you sign, and revoke it if you no longer want it.
3. $COREZ
- What it is. $COREZ is a community token. It is not equity, debt or any ownership interest in Coreezy Vibes LLC and gives no corporate voting or profit rights. Descriptions on the Site don't determine its legal classification anywhere.
- Volatility. Its price can move sharply, including to zero.
- Liquidity. Markets are small. You may not be able to buy or sell the amount you want, at the price you want, or at all. Prices shown on the Site are read from on-chain markets, can differ between markets and are not a quote.
- Concentration. The Coreezy Vault and Treasury hold a large share of the supply, and the Treasury provides most of the liquidity in at least one COREZ pool (about 94.6% of the TXDex TX/COREZ pool on 23 October 2026; shown live on the Holdings and COREZ pages). Decisions Coreezy makes about those holdings, such as adding or withdrawing liquidity or converting COREZ, can significantly affect price and liquidity. Treasury and pool activity doesn't remove market risk.
- Coreezy's support for COREZ markets. Coreezy may buy COREZ and add liquidity to the TXDex COREZ/TX pool when resources permit, using available validator earnings and other business resources (not funds already committed to partner allocations or Sloth Race prizes). This is discretionary. Coreezy does not promise: a guaranteed price or price floor; continuous or scheduled purchases; guaranteed liquidity; guaranteed returns; or that LP tokens will ever be locked. The Treasury's LP tokens are held in its own wallet and are not locked, so it can withdraw that liquidity at any time. The merged price shown on the Site is an indicative market reference, not a guaranteed execution quote.
- Different markets. The Cruise Control (Ctrl) pool was created from the proceeds of COREZ's launch bonding curve (completed 30 August 2025), and most of its liquidity belongs to the account that runs that pool, not to Coreezy. The TXDex pool's liquidity comes mostly from the Coreezy Treasury. The native TX order book is thin too. None of these should be read as independent market depth.
- Supply. COREZ has a current total supply of 10,000,000 tokens, read on-chain. Launch issuance is complete. The supply is not permanently fixed: the token's issuing contract (Cruise Control's launch contract, not controlled by Coreezy) still has minting enabled and can be upgraded by its administrator. The token can also be burned.
- Buying and trading. Links to Cruise Control, TXDex or other markets go to third-party services. Coreezy doesn't execute, route or settle trades and isn't responsible for a market's prices, fees, slippage, failures or terms.
4. Liquidity pools, AMMs and smart contracts
- Automated market maker (AMM) pools and order books can suffer price impact and slippage, especially in small pools; a large trade can move the price a lot.
- Providing liquidity carries impermanent loss: when prices move, you can end up with less value than if you had simply held the tokens.
- The tokens an LP position represents change all the time. As people trade, the pool's mix of TX and COREZ shifts, so the amount of COREZ your LP tokens represent goes up and down even if you do nothing. Adding and removing liquidity also costs network fees, and the pool may charge trading fees.
- When one holder (such as the Treasury) owns most of a pool, its withdrawal can sharply reduce liquidity for everyone else.
- Smart contracts can contain bugs, be exploited, be upgraded by their administrators, or be paused. Losses from a contract failure may be unrecoverable.
5. The Coreezy Vault and planned Phase 2
- The Vault and the Treasury are separate and both managed by Coreezy Vibes LLC. Treasury holdings and community delegations are not Vault assets.
- Phase 2 begins when COREZ reaches a market exchange rate of 1 COREZ = 1.5 TX. That rate is a program milestone, not a guaranteed price or price floor, and it may never be reached. Reaching it doesn't by itself start distributions. The mechanism and timing of Phase 2 distributions haven't been decided, activation isn't automatic or promised, and detailed rules will be published before any distribution begins.
- Allocations describe how applicable Vault rewards are directed. They are not promises of any amount or timing. Designated rewards may build up before they're distributed.
- If COREZ is held on a centralised exchange, there are no guaranteed payouts to holders there.
6. NFTs
- NFT prices can fall and NFTs can be hard to sell. Marketplaces (for example Bidds and xrp.cafe) are third parties.
- Owning a Coreezy NFT isn't ownership of Coreezy Vibes LLC and doesn't guarantee any financial return. Benefits follow each collection's published terms and can depend on things outside your control.
- OG rewards depend on what the Vault receives, aren't guaranteed in any amount or indefinitely, and are distributed manually with some automation, so timing can vary.
- Canopy's Eezy OS Pro access lasts only while you hold the NFT and while Eezy OS operates; "lifetime" doesn't mean beyond that.
- The Cubs allocation is reserved under the published plan; the collection has no launch date and no one holds a Cubs entitlement.
- Partner NFT showcases are partners' own collections; a showcase isn't an endorsement.
7. Sloth Race and other rewards
- Taking part doesn't guarantee a prize. Each season's pool is an allocation of 1% of the Coreezy validator's commission, added as each commission claim is verified by Eezy OS, and split 60% Adult, 30% Teen, 10% Baby. It depends on commission actually earned and claimed; no minimum prize or amount is promised, and the pool may be small. The amount is shown only once verified.
- Prizes are paid manually. We aim to pay within 90 days after a season ends, but don't guarantee a date, and a prize the law doesn't allow us to pay is held until that is resolved. A prize paid in TX or another token can change in value before and after it reaches you.
- If your wallet qualifies for a prize, its address and race standing appear on the public leaderboard, and race results are kept permanently. Boosts need a public post, video or article, and the X boost needs a linked X account.
- Rules can change between seasons; scoring relies on public data and third-party services (X, YouTube, TikTok, article websites, network data) that can fail or change, which can affect boosts.
- Don't change how you stake just to race. Staking more or with Coreezy to qualify (for example the 100 TX you must have delegated at season end to be eligible for a prize) exposes those tokens to every staking risk on this page.
- Liquidity Explorer (a +3% race bonus for COREZ liquidity on TXDex or Cruise Control) needs you to buy or hold COREZ and put it in a third-party pool, which carries every risk in sections 3 and 4: price falls, impermanent loss, small and thin markets, fees, and smart-contract or platform failure. Coreezy doesn't run those pools. Because the COREZ your position represents moves with the pool, it can fall below the 1,000 COREZ minimum without you doing anything, and the bonus then stops. The bonus is small and fixed, it doesn't make up for any loss, and it doesn't make a prize more likely to be paid or any larger. Don't buy COREZ or provide liquidity just to race.
- Partner Week prizes are optional extras sponsored by a partner on the terms stated for that week; Coreezy doesn't guarantee them.
- Prizes may be taxable where you live.
8. Coreezy Partners
Partners are independent projects that share in a designated allocation of 10% of the validator earnings Coreezy claims (commission and rewards together), under the partner program's terms agreed with each partner. A listing isn't an endorsement of their tokens, products or statements, and their own risks apply. Partner arrangements can change or end.
9. Non-custodial services, wallets and signing
- The Site never holds your assets or keys. That also means no one can recover lost keys or reverse a transaction for you.
- A sign-in message moves no tokens and grants no permission, but signing it for the Sloth Race features records your agreement to the Terms of Service and Sloth Race Rules named in it. Only sign a sign-in message that names coreezy.xyz. A transaction or permission can move tokens. Phishing sites can copy our look — check the address, and never share your recovery phrase. Coreezy will never ask for it.
- Wallet software (for example Keplr) and browser extensions can have bugs or be compromised.
10. Data shown on the Site
Figures are read live from public network services and third-party feeds (including Eezy OS). They can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or wrong. Don't rely on them alone for decisions.
11. Third-party platforms
The Site links to services Coreezy doesn't control, including TXDex, REStake, Cruise Control, Keplr, Bidds, xrp.cafe, the TX Explorer, Eezy OS, X, YouTube, Telegram and public network data providers. They can fail, be hacked, change their fees or terms, or stop operating.
12. Regulation and tax
Rules for digital assets, staking, tokens, NFTs and prize promotions are changing and differ by country. A change could limit or stop a program, affect a token's value or make an activity unavailable where you live. Coreezy may change, limit or stop programs where required. You are responsible for your own taxes, including on staking rewards, trades, NFT rewards and prizes.
13. Forward-looking statements
Plans, roadmaps, phases and milestones on the Site (including in the white paper) describe current intentions, not commitments. They may change, be delayed or never happen.
14. Coreezy as a small business
Coreezy Vibes LLC is a small company. Key people, funding, infrastructure or business decisions can affect the validator, the Vault, programs and the Site, and Coreezy could change direction or stop operating.
